- Wind related damage is not covered under warranty, we do not recommend that you open your awning in adverse weather conditions. Please ensure you always have your awning tied down due to large surface area of awning.
- 12-month structural warranty covering manufacturing and material defects. This does not include the incorrect use or mounting of your awning.
- Your consumer rights include that we will replace or refund at our discretion for any major structural failures. For any minor issues we will happily work with you to sort out the best possible solution to ensure your awning is in its best usable condition.
- When you open your awning, please ensure the zippers are right to the top of the bag so that when you fold the bag over it does not cause any stress on the zipper and eliminates a pinch point for the bag.
- When you roll up your awning, please ensure it is done as tight as possible to minimise movement during travel, incorrect securement of your awning could cause rubbing and holes in your canvas.
- As your awning will be exposed to the elements we recommend you use the following products to maintain your awning. Lanolin spray for your brackets to help protect against surface rust. A canvas reproofer spray to aid in waterproofing.
