If you would prefer to collect your order, our warehouse is located in Ravenhall, Melbourne. To ensure a smooth experience collecting your order, please note these essentials:
- Online payment is preferred, but we also accept card and cash payments onsite.
- Same day collection is available Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri between 10am-4pm (excl. public holidays) for in stock items at our Ravenhall warehouse.
- Some items may require stock transfer and will be available for collection within 2-5 business days after completing your order.
- To avoid disappointment and delays, please await an order update from our team BEFORE arriving at our Ravenhall warehouse.
